Remove and reinstall the CD audio driver, and reinsert the CD.
1) Remove the CD audio device driver:
a) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.

c) Double-click the 'Multimedia' icon. (The 'Multimedia Properties' dialog box appears.)
